A nitrogen infused MIZUNO ENERZY XP foam delivers plush softness, responsive energy return, and is lightweight. A MIZUNO WAVE PLATE, inspired by nature, provides a unique midsole experience that is both cushioned and stable. SMOOTH SPEED ASSIST geometry is comprised of a rocker profile that'll help you achieve an ideal gait. 

A full coverage G3 rubber outsole is lightweight yet durable on road surface, offering excellent grip even in wet conditions. The engineered mesh upper is breathable and lightweight, as well as securing the midfoot through a snugger fit.
