Shipping policy

 

DELIVERY 

We have teamed up with DPD to ship your goods as quickly and efficiently as possible.  

We aim to despatch all orders placed before 13:00 GMT Monday to Friday that same day. Orders placed after 13:00 GMT will be despatched the next working day. For example, if you place your order after 13:00 GMT on a Friday or over the weekend, we will despatch it the following Monday. 

Please note, the above despatch applies to orders that are in stock. Products available for pre-order will be clearly marked online and cannot be despatched before the date relating to that product specified online.

FREE UK Mainland* delivery for orders over £100 

£4.99 UK Mainland* delivery for orders under £100 

£6.99 Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and Highlands**

**Please note, delivery off mainland UK may take up to an additional 48 hours.  

During busy periods and over Bank Holidays, delivery times may be extended.  

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND £12.99 Plus any extra local taxes, duties, and any other import charges where applicable.

AVAILABILITY & PRE-ORDERS 

The delivery times shown apply to items we currently have in stock. If we don't currently have your item in stock, we will aim to contact you within 48 hours of the order being placed and update you on the estimated dispatch of the product or offer an alternative. At this point you will be given the option to also cancel the order should you wish.  

Some products are released on certain specified dates but may be available to order in advance, and so will be marked as a pre-order. Dates of pre-order availability may be subject to change – if this is the case, we will let you know the revised date your product is expected to be dispatched. 

 

DELAYED ORDERS & MISSING IN TRANSIT 

We aim to do everything we can to ensure you receive your order within the timeframe specified above. 

Occasionally however due to situations beyond our control, there may be a slight delay to the delivery of your parcel. All parcels are fully insured and if your parcel is delayed or missing, let us know and we will act quickly to help locate it. Whilst it is with the courier, we cannot be held responsible for the delays, however, we can liaise with the courier with the aim to track down parcels that are delayed or missing. 

Customer services (customerservices@upandrunning.co.uk) must be informed within 7 days if you believe your order is potentially missing or delayed. Failure to do this could result in your claim not being approved.

 

MISSING ITEMS WITHIN YOUR ORDER

In the unlikely event that any item has been missed from your delivery, this must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order by emailing customerservices@upandrunning.co.uk.
