The soft and breathable air mesh upper offers a comfortable and secure fit, with an added 3D printed layer in the toe cap, mudguard, for enough protection and durability so you can venture off-road. 

The updated flexible Ghost-inspired outsole and geometry with TrailTack Green rubber, offer excellent traction on wet and dry surfaces. The outsole is enhanced for all-terrain traction with 3mm lugs so you can run off-road with confidence.

Size Guide

We generally recommend that you order your Brooks running shoes 1/2 size to one size larger than normal dress shoes. For men's footwear, "D" is the default/normal width. Some of our competition shoes are only available in men's sizes. For those shoes we suggest ordering 1.5 sizes smaller than your usual size. Whenever possible, it is best to visit your local running and walking footwear store for a proper fitting and guidance to help you find just right Brooks shoe for your foot and gait.
