Black Friday Early Access: Online Terms and Conditions
Up & Running’s Black Friday Early Access runs online only from 00:00 on Friday 13 November to 23:59 on Friday 20 November 2026 (UK time), ahead of our Black Friday sale and Cyber Monday on 30 November. It is available only to customers who have signed up via the Early Access form on our website and cannot be used in store, by phone, or by email.
The offer covers selected products on the “Black Friday Early Access” page while stocks last, and items are not reserved until your order is confirmed. Gift cards, services, delivery charges, and selected brands are excluded, and offers cannot be combined with other codes, vouchers, student discounts, or reward points, and have no cash value.
Standard delivery is free on orders over £100, though delivery may take longer during peak periods. You can return items within 28 days of receiving your order, and your legal rights if an item is faulty remain unaffected. Shoes must be unworn outdoors unless faulty, and we do not offer price adjustments after purchase.
