Grip Level measures how well the shoe’s outsole grips the running surface that it was designed for (i.e. road, trail etc.). Size Guide

We generally recommend that you order your Brooks running shoes 1/2 size to one size larger than normal dress shoes. For women's footwear, "B" is the default/normal width. Some of our competition shoes are only available in men's sizes. For those shoes we suggest ordering 1.5 sizes smaller than your usual size. Whenever possible, it is best to visit your local running and walking footwear store for a proper fitting and guidance to help you find just right Brooks shoe for your foot and gait.
